Visit Tooley’s Boatyard any time we’re open. You are welcome to visit and have a look around. Opening times are Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 1pm.

While you visit Tooley’s Boatyard you can hear about our plans for improvements. The building that surrounds the dock was erected as a part of Castle Quay development around 1999. It is now showing its age (unlike the dock itself which is over 200 years older!) There are some ambitious plans and the substantial funding already in place needs to be enlarged.

We are also looking for volunteers to help in various roles. These include helping to run boat trips and help with our museum refurbishment including research and writing captions and leaflets. Please enquire at the reception desk.
